Cameron and I went to the gym today! It's about time we got our butts there. Cam played in the nursery while I ran/walked on the treadmill for 55 minutes. I was only going to do 45 minutes, but I wanted to see Ellen's interview with David Arquette. Hey, whatever keeps you going! Cam did well in the nursery. I told them he is beginning to have separation anxiety issues. Luckily they did not have to come get me. He got a bit fussy toward the end and wanted to be held. I feel really good about going. Will we go tomorrow? Probably, if it's not raining hard. It was sprinkling today, but we can deal with sprinkles. Tomorrow will be strength training.
I finished my Stephanie Plum book last night. I was surprised at the end, so I guess it was worth reading. Guess I'll have to get to the bookstore to buy the next book in the series. Damn addicting bad novels! Like soap operas, the are! Getting me all hooked on smut!
I am making minestrone soup for dinner tonight. I found the recipe on a can of Del Monte sliced carrots. It sounds too easy to be good. We'll see. There's always fast food if it all goes to pot. So to speak.
Ok, mail delivery update: yesterday the drunk came at 1:20 and today the mail was delivered while we were at the gym, so sometime between 11:40 - 1:00ish.
