Happy Friday!

oh no! I just had a whole entry typed and Cam erased it for me! I was letting him tell you guys something and POOF my whole entry disappeared! I'll try to remember it...

It's a beautiful day! I love this weather. It's 74 outside. Tony, Cameron and I went for a walk last night. It was awesome. Cam & I walked the same neighborhood route this afternoon. I think it wore him out, because when we got home, he crawled around a bit, had some lunch and then went right to sleep. Well, he awoke for a little bit, because a big tow truck with a flat bed carrying a Bobcat backed into our driveway - and sat there for like 5 minutes with its diesel engine running. Cam's open bedroom window is right above the driveway. I guess the driver was lost and calling the office for the right address, but I don't care! Get the hell out of my driveway! No patience here, not anymore at least!

Oh, this is gross and probably too much information - so I'll tell ya! On our walk, I saw a used condom on the street. All I can say is EEWWWWWWW! Today was garbage day, so I guess it fell out of the trash on its way to the truck. But for the love of God, seal your garbage in bags! No one wants to see your used, extra-small Trojan in the middle of the road!

Now our next door neighbor's lawn service is cutting his grass, so it's making it hard for me to concentrate on remembering what I had written earlier.....Oh, it's also scaring the crap out of my little man. Poor babe came crawling in here, his lip quivering.

We have quite a few task on our home improvement list for this spring/summer. We need a new porch railing. Ours is metal/iron/not sure and is all rusty and not very stable. We'd like one a painted wood or whatever that plastic product is that looks like wood railing. Also, the material below our porch (is it concrete? stucco? don't know?) is chipping away. Best do something about that. Of course we need to mulch and shop for and plant annuals. Oh yes, and we desperately need to weed-n-feed the front lawn. It's definitely not a lush green. It's mostly straw-colored. Lovely. So, those are just the outdoor jobs. I'll save the indoor improvements for another day.

My tummy is growling. Tony and I talked about ordering a pizza for dinner, but maybe we can go out for Mexican? If Cameron is in an eating-out mood, that is. He tends to get slightly cranky during the dinner hour.

The quiet couple across the street sold their house and are moving. Damn them. Why can't one of our other hoodlum neighbors move? Punks.

I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend. I know I will, with the weather we'll be having! Catch ya later!
