Can I put mittens on your hands to keep you from picking at your skin?

No, you may not. I don't like mittens on my hands. Plus, how would I type? You've not really thought this through, have you? If I had mittens on my hands, I'd get food on them and that would be gross and unacceptable. You can't really wash your mittened hands...it would take forever to rinse the soap from the mittens and once I did, the mittens would just be a wet mess for like ever. And how could I text with mittens? And write legibly? (not that I write very much) See, that would work if I were a baby, because babies really don't have much use for their hands, except to scratch their faces and eyes with their razor-sharp nails. How about if, instead, I just keep my nails trimmed very short, therefore reducing the damage done when I do pick? WHY DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE ME? Am I not good enough? Great, now I'm sobbing.

P.S. - a very important p.s. -  What about private bathroom time?  Wiping?  Hello?  I think I'd rather die.
