Walk on

I don't know if a half-hour walk counts for much in the fitness department, but it does a lot for clearing the mind. And getting away from the whining, crying and teenage attitude.

It absolutely help, Melzer. :) Good for you for getting out for a head-clearing walk. Those are often the best kind of therapy, huh?
