Semi-healthier
I am trying to eat much less junk food. Definitely much much much much less chocolate. Do crackers counts as junk? I know Dr. Pepper is junky, but since it's a beverage, I'm not counting it. I know I need to scale back the DPs, but that will have to come in time. I am just so sick of my body. Again. Time to do something about it. Again. Is this time for real? Don't know, we'll see. But it feels real this time. I'm going for a brisk walk when Tony gets home. Give me a chance to rig up my ipod arm band thing. I'm going to seriously make an effort to be more active. And to eat smaller portions. Of real food. And when I bake, I'm giving most of it away. And I'll bake more stuff I don't like. wouldn't it be cool, say, this August, to say, "yeah, I've lost 20 lbs! Thank you!"??? I think it would be cool to just not look 4 months pregnant anymore.
