I am so ready for Christmas! Bring on the season to be jolly. And to eat lots of cookies and hum lots of carols. I know the Holiday Season will be different this year...kinda sad....kinda odd...but at least we have Cam around to keep our spirits high. Little guys are good for that kind of thing.
We totally don't have a lot of extra $$$ lying around to buy presents this year, so I'd like to make gifts. Homemade presents mean more anyway. Trouble is, I'm not quite crafty or creative, so I don't know what to make. I'll be looking for ideas. I kind of have an idea for my sister, but I would need Tony's help and I don't know if we can do it. The directions are a little vague. We'll see.
Speaking of Christmas, we'll probably get Cameron's Holiday pictures taken next week. I say probably because we have to see if the giant scrape on his forehead heals by then. A couple of nights ago, he fell into the couch and I guess dragged his head down toward the floor. The result is a long vertical scrape on his head. Not too pretty for photos. Poor fellow. Although it didn't really affect him much...he cried for like 10 seconds and then carried on. Resilient, I say! Oh yes, I have most of his Holiday pictures outfit purchased. Sweater vest, mock t-neck, and tan cords. Just missing some dressy shoes. We saw some cute ones at Stride Rite, but they are way too pricey for shoes he will rarely wear. We did get C a pair of casual tennis kicks at Stride Rite, though. He's now a size 5.5 wide. His foot really hasn't grown much in the past 6 or so months...only a 1/2 size!
Well then, I need to scan some pictures in so I can FINALLY update the 'Fall 2004' section of Cam's site. Check it out in the near future.
As Cameron would say, bye-bye!
