Alright, back. We played, went outside, had a bath and now Cam's down for a nap. Not quite asleep yet, but here's to hoping.
Ooh, I want to tell you something very cute that Cameron does ALL THE TIME. He says "wow" constantly. And with much inflection! It's ultra-cute. If we could ever figure out how to get video to computer (having some issues) I would show you guys one of his Wow Fests. Not to leave "woah" out, he says that too. Just not as much as "wow."
Ummm, where did I leave off before? Oh yes. I took Cam to get his picture taken at JCP again yesterday. I guess our guy just does not like photo sittings anymore. It was not as bad as last time, but he was not very happy about the whole deal. The photog was not very quick, and you really need to be with these little kiddos. Regardless (or for you, TM, IRREGARDLESS), we got some awesome shots, in my opinion. I ordered a modest amount to supplement the original 12-month pictures. We are taking a break from photo sittings. We won't go back until he's 18 months.
I am on the South Beach diet. Again. I made it though yesterday - in one piece - without eating carbs. It was not easy. I really wanted some pasta (with a cream sauce, of course), bread and Dove milk chocs. But I made it. The good news I learned today is that lowfat cottage cheese is pretty much like regular cottage cheese.
Our favo babysitter, Amy, is coming over at 3. I need to take the Taurus for it's transmission follow up checkup. And then Tony is taking me out to dinner! Just the two of us. I'll prob get a caesar salad or some non-meat item. I'm red meat-ed out after yesterday's hamburger (no bun) for lunch and steak for dinner.
I need to clean up the bathroom (looks like frat boys live here) and the kitchen before Amy arrives. Currently procrastinating. OH, here's a question. If you are British or if you just happen to know this, please enlighten me: what is tea? You know, the meal...where you sit down and have tea. Is it just tea? Tea and a snack? Does it equal lunch? I'm just wondering.
We are gearing up for our Charleston, SC vacay at the end of the month. We leave in less than two weeks. I am busy, starting on packing lists. Getting very excited!
