I have a British friend who refers to "the mail" as "the post." I kind of dig that! So instead of, "I anxiously await my Barnaked Ladies bootleg CD to arrive in the mail" I'm gonna say, "I anxiously await my BNL bootleg CD to arrive in the post!" Isn't that fun? Makes me seem rather worldly, eh? Yeah, I know, not really.
