Mother's Day Rocks!

Thursday's photo session went wonderfully. Cameron was very cooperative. We did not have our "usual" photographer (well, we had her the last two times and she is awesome) but the this one was not bad. We get the prints on May 26. The digital uploads will probably be available the week of the 17th. Of course, when I get them, I'll definitely put them on the website.

Saturday, Cameron and I went on errands with my mom (tiring) and visited with my Aunts Vicki and Judi for a few hours. Cam had an awesome time playing with all the toys at Vicki's house. Then we went to Target to shop for Mother's Day gifts (we are so last minute). By the time I got home, it was almost 8:00 and Cam was beat! Oh, did I mention - Tony cleaned the house all day for our Mother's Day cookout!

Sunday, Tony made me a special Mother's Day breakfast....watermelon, cheese omlette and tomatoes. Very yum. I did not have to lift a finger (barely) to help get ready for the grillout. The grillout was awesome. We had burgers, metts, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, green beans, pasta salad, veggie tray, brownies - The Works! It was a lot of fun. Cam got me the bestest Mother's Day gift...a certificate for the spa!!! I scheduled a massage, facial and pedicure for May 22. CAN'T WAIT! It was a wonderful day...the weather was awesome - warm, but with a nice breeze. Perfect!

I have totally gorged myself with Reece's Cup Miniatures today. God, I feel like crap now. I should get to the gym tonight. We'll see if that happens. Fat chance, huh? (no pun intended)

I just finished my fourth Stephanie Plum novel. Now I'm out of reading material. Must. Have. Book. Number. Five!!!!! I am totally and completely obsessed.

It's been thundering for like an hour now. The sky is threatening to open up at any moment. I'm just waiting for the downpour to begin. Guess Tony won't get to mow the lawn tonight....hmmm....perhaps he can go out and buy me a book instead! What a terrific idea!

Ciao baby!
