Cheese

First, I need to say that shredded sharp cheddar cheese with black coffee? Not a bad combo. Second, cheese is pretty amazing. I like lots of different cheeses, and there are so many varieties I still need to try. I really look forward to experiencing all the cheeses I've yet to meet. I think I smell a wine tasting Sunday at Findlay Market coming on soon so I can get some exotic cheeses. Exotic. Cheese. Probably two words that are rarely put together. Or a trip to Jungle Jims! And now I want cheese fondue. When my sister and brother-in-law lived in Portland, they'd go to this dairy co-op place on Oregon's coast called Tillamook. I think I would go crazy in a place like that. CHEEEEEESSSSSEEEEE! Of course, you can always purchase some Tillamook cheese on their website and have it shipped to me.
