Scariness/Busyness

The kids and I met Ames, Rowan and my mom for brunch. Cameron arranged it. The other day, he told me, "see if Amy is available on Tuesday to celebrate her birthday. We can go to First Watch." Ok, little organizer. As an obedient mother, I did what I was told, and thus we set forth to celebrate. Kid gets things done. It's a fantastically beautiful day today, so we took a little walk in the "town center" after brunch and ended up at The Children's Place. There, I was a little frightened by the faceless children:
This one's particularly creepy, and reminds me of a Muppet.
Holla!  Janice!
And, finally...faceless toddlers with poles in their bums.
The rest of the day promises to be relentlessly busy for me, as we are putting the house on the market tonight.  Pictures will be taken.  An asking price will be named.  The sign will go in the yard.  I have a crapton of work to do to get this place ready.  Cleaning, staging, ya know, junk like that.  Oh, and reinstalling the tp holder in the 1/2 bath.  Guess it takes a real woman to do such a task.
Peace out.

I love the comparison to Janice! It's perfect!

Let me know how the house listing goes. Hooray for new beginnings!
