I'd like to think I came up with this trick, because for all I know, I invented it. I've never read anything about it...it just popped into my brilliant mind. You don't need an ice pack for your kid's lunchbox! Just put his/her yogurt in the freezer the night before! By the time lunch rolls around, it's a semi-dessert like treat for them, and it has kept everything else in the box appropriately cool. Kabaaam!! Right?

Even though you technically didn't invent it (I've been doing it for years with Capri Sun & yogurt), you kind of did since you didn't know about it before and thought of it yourself. ;) I did that with a fruitfly trap, thought I invented it but really didn't, but still patted myself on the back for the creativity!
I do it with their drinks sometimes, and I put in frozen gogurt, but here, by the time they eat, it's melted and they want it frozen. I can't win, I tell you.
