I have to shout this from the rooftops! I (think) I am the lowest weight I've been since I got pregnant with Cameron! It's been 7 years of chunkiness, uncomfortableness, and being unhappy with my self-image.
The circumstances that kickstarted this weight loss totally suck, but at least goodness has come out of it. I refuse to be so icky anymore. I totally don't think skinny/thin/whatever is the only way to be. I just think comfortable and healthy is where it's at. And I will keep this trend up until I'm completely comfortable and feel healthy.
I have been eating so so so much better. Way fewer sweets, majorly fewer soft drinks. Lots more water. Much more reasonable portions of the carby foods I love. Yummy fruits and veggies.
Now, I just need to get my booty in gear and get some serious physical fitness going on. As soon as I get a job, I'm going to join a gym. It's important and necessary that I be healthy for myself and my kids.
Yay! I'm happy. 160.5 lbs.

Mel, that is amazing to read this! I could not be happier for you. Remember after Cam was born we were on diets together. You have really done it! The cool thing about this is that it is more then a diet..it is a lifestyle that you made for yourself! I could not be more proud of you. xo, Katy
