Breaking news

I'm not really apathetic.  More like... just resigned.  Accepting that I can't do anything to "make" things happen.  What will be will be.  How spiritual of me!

Anyway, I've decided to list all of the things I put in my mouth today.


Coffee, black,  several cups
Less than half of a banana
1 granola bar
6 red grapes 
OK, here's where it gets sketchy, because I kind of forgot about this!  
handful of chocolate chips
half of a cucumber
macaroni salad
a few cashews
2 Dr. Peppers (bad!)
Sun Chips
Also, I had a graham cracker, 3 grape tomatoes and 2 baby carrots while I packed lunches.  
And water throughout the evening

Where are the in your mouth today updates? I want to see if you put things like socks or table legs in there.

You need to eat breakfast! A real one. Try 1 scrambled egg and 2 pieces of bacon with your coffee. That'll jumpstart your metabolism a bit.
