A new car for Tony. Even used/new-to-you.
New carpet throughout the house.
Corian kitchen counter tops, better cabinetry, deeper sink, good faucet.
Non-brass door knobs/hinges for the whole house.

Oh could I ever come up with a list! If I only had a chunk of change...
Your carpet is only a few years old. Yes, I know Walter likes to throw up on it, but still...
And it's crappy, low-grade carpeting. Half of it end up in the vacuum each time it's run.
