My biopsy results are in. Basically, it's what my doctor thought...just a dermatological deal. However, it's along the same lines as eczema, and will always be with me. I'll be taking benedryl and using a topical cream (to some degree, anyway) for, like, ever. Totally benign, nothing that makes me likely to get cancer in the future, either. So, that's good news.
I'm a bit frustrated that my thyroid blood test (he just tested TSH) came back normal. Not that I want an abnormal thyroid...I just want something to explain my excessive sweating/hot flashes. In fact, I'm sitting here, sweating pints now. I'll just turn to my family doc with these issues when I go back for my crazy pill checkup. I really need to make that appointment. OK, just scheduled it. I'm actually dreading it - I don't want to wean off my meds. I'm certain I need them to be non-crazy.
Anyway, that's me. Only slightly flawed. ;)

Glad to hear you had 'positive' results.
Female hot flashes are just something that can't really be explained. But don't worry . . . 100% of the population will suffer from them at one point or another. I imagine they'll pass with time.
Very good to hear that you don't have a serious problem, just an annoying one. :P
