Yes, I know I've been a crappy blogger of late. It's just with Facebook and Twitter taking up all my thoughts, what else can I say? So, I've decided to save some of my babble for All Mel, All the Time. It's summer vacation, and all three kids are here at all times. Plus, I'm wimpy and said I'd watch the punky neighbor boys on Monday and Wednesday mornings for like an hour and a half while their mom goes to Curves. I'm trying to loosely incorporate some sort of structured activity into each of our days. Hone in on "loosely." As in, Monday's and Wednesday's activity is playing with Grant and Charlie. Today the kids and I met Amy and Rowan at First Watch. Field Trip. We might go for one of those structured walks through the neighborhood. Last week, the activity was Watch-Mom-Mow-the-Grass. Somedays, coloring is the activity. See, loose. Yet, not just sitting around, watching tv. Or fighting. Or whining. Or screaming. Or crying.
I had the Chickichanga at First Watch today. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. I still think Burrito Vera Cruz is a little more yummier, but I was still extremely pleased and satisfied today. I almost licked the plate.
