Nearly 2-year-olds and Feet
So, it goes like this. Bear gets Luke's old crocs out (now they're hers). She attempts to put them on...the wrong feet. I try to switch them around for her, so that the right shoe is in front of the right foot, the left in front of the left. She refuses. She gets mad that I'm interfering. I let her go. She gets them on, walks over to me, and I tell her they're on the wrong feet and that she's going to fall. She asks me to switch them. It has to be her idea. She sits next to me for two minutes, then takes the crocs off. She smells each of her feet and then instructs me to do the same. She's obsessed with smelling her feet. And having others smell them. She likes when we pretend that the smell knocks us out. She also likes to smell other people's feet.
