Schtuff

I went to the doctor Tuesday. It was uncomfortable and I was pretty nervous, but I got through it. My doctor is super, super awesome. She's like the best doctor ever (ok, she's tied with my gyno for Best Doctor Ever). So, I'm now on Cymbalta for depression...check out my mental health log (also linked at right) if you want the skinny on how things are working/side effects I'm experiencing and stuff like that. I know if I don't keep a log, I'll forget. I forget everything!

Claire seems to be getting over her croup, or maybe not. We thought the wheezing was gone, but I hear it again. She's had two horrible nights (strangely, not in a row), but last night she slept just fine.

We're supposed to get like a foot of snow by Saturday evening! We even have a BLIZZARD WARNING! What? A blizzard warning? What is this, Wisconsin? So, true story: Claire and I went to Target after dropping Cam and Luke off at school yesterday. Just needed to pick up a few things. Items purchased: 12 pack of Dr. Pepper, tortilla chips, Reese's Miniatures, baby socks, a new bottle to try out, one of those formula compartment travel things, a step stool for Luke's bed, 2 cans of formula, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, sponges, contact solution, batteries, ziplock bags. After the checkout chick scanned all of our things, she commented, "You must be stocking up for the storm." I was like, "ummm, yeah," and smiled. Yep, all the things you need for a BLIZZARD!
